The Division welcomes all new and existing Health Professionals within the Capricornia Region to become members.

Membership Statement

The Capricornia Division of General Practice expects that its members uphold the following responsibilities:

• Support the objectives of the Division
• Participate in meetings and CPD events organised by the Division
• Assist the Division in health promotion activities within the community
• Participate in GP reference groups that provide member feedback to the Division and Board
• Provide feedback to the Division regarding opportunities to improve services to members

Membership Benefits

• Primary Members receive voting rights at AGM.
• Primary Members are eligible to be nominated to sit on the Board of Directors.
• Primary Members can claim for hours spent on pre approved Divisional business
• Free or discounted education throughout the year where possible including the Conference.
• Eligibility to be involved and sit on Committees and focus groups
• 2 x 6x7cm Free advertisements annually in the Capricornia Captured Newsletter and unlimited advertisements on the Division websites careers page as required (NB Advertisements cannot exceed the maximum of 220 pixels)
• Access to the Board Room/Training Room at the Capricornia Division Office
• Access to Corporate rates for Qantas Club Membership
