What is CQPCP?

The Central Queensland Primary Care Partnership (CQPCP) is a partnership of key health and community service providers across Central Queensland.

CQPCP Purpose

To develop sustainable partnerships for the effective planning, design and delivery of sustainable initiatives, services and supports to achieve positive holistic health outcomes for the people and communities of Central Queensland.

Geographic Boundaries of CQPCP

The boundaries of the CQPCP reflect those of the Central Queensland Health Service District, this includes: Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald, Biloela and some outlying areas.
