The Rural Primary Health Services (RPHS) Program aims to improve access to a range of primary and allied health care services and activities for rural and remote communities.
The program gives community-based primary health care organisations greater flexibility in the range of services they can offer, including health promotion and preventative health activities.
Those who
General Practitioners can use an RPHS Referral Form to refer an eligible client to the service.
The sessions are provided by appropriately qualified Allied Health Professionals including:
Allied Health Practitioners will provide the referring GP with a summary of the client’s progress within 2 weeks from the date of the final session.
